Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Scheduler/Planner to lead the development and tracking of complex construction programmes for large-scale buildings in Australia. You will review contractor schedules, identify risks, and coordinate with clients to ensure timely delivery of milestones.

The role requires a tertiary degree in engineering, construction, building or PM, and a minimum of five years' on-site scheduling experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a Scheduler/Planner on building projects.
• On-site construction project experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end construction and project processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Pre-baseline reviews of contractor's programmes to check adherence to contractual requirements and industry standard scheduling practices.
• Prepare progress update reports and highlight key schedule risks and opportunities to the clients.
• Recommend corrective action and create acceleration programmes in case of major delays.
• Conduct delay analysis and assist the Senior Scheduler in delay claims management.
• Arrange meetings with client-side stakeholders and create an Integrated Master Works Programme linked to the Main Contractor's programme.
