Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a Construction Manager to lead direct reports and multidisciplinary teams on a Perth-based project to deliver a new airfield terminal. You will review plans, manage costs, and supervise construction activities across disciplines while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and substantial experience in large-scale infrastructure or aviation projects, with strong stakeholder engagement and commercial awareness.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in the successful management of major projects in the infrastructure and/or aviation industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead interdisciplinary teams to establish construction methods and support activities.
• Review plans and specifications for costs and constructability; oversee construction process.
• Manage corporate processes and procedures; lead proposal preparation; provide risk and lessons learned input.
• Monitor safety, quality and compliance, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure program delivery.
