Bechtel is seeking a Construction Manager for a remote airfield project based in Perth, WA. You will manage direct reports and lead interdisciplinary teams to deliver construction methods, plans, and quality outcomes across a major aviation infrastructure initiative.

Responsibilities include oversight of costs, scheduling, and safety, along with stakeholder coordination and proposal leadership to ensure project success in a large, global company environment.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and 10–13 years of relevant experience, or 14–17 years of relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing major projects in infrastructure or aviation.
• High level interpersonal and communication skills with leadership delivery within a large organisation and with external parties.

Responsabilités

• Lead interdisciplinary teams to establish construction methods and support activities.
• Oversee construction process, review plans for costs and constructability, manage corporate processes and procedures.
• Lead proposal preparation and provide studies/lessons learned to optimize project completion.
• Monitor safety and quality programs and ensure contractor compliance with project standards.
