Job summary

TalentBlue has been exclusively engaged to recruit a driven Project Manager for a leading design and construction company. Reporting to the Project Team Manager, you will oversee all stages of multiple projects to ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence and high quality outcomes.

You will lead site managers, junior staff and coordinators, manage schedules using MS Project, monitor risks, and ensure compliance with OHS, quality and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience in construction/project management.
• Experience supervising site personnel and coordinating multiple projects.
• Strong leadership, health and safety, commercial acumen, conflict management, and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain construction schedules using MS Project, optimise resources to meet time and cost restraints.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensure contractual obligations are understood, and rectify quality issues promptly.
• Forecast project costs and resource usage, prepare budget estimates, and manage financials with Jobpac.
• Foster a positive team environment, assign tasks, guide junior staff, and manage site personnel.
• Maintain client focus, organise site meetings, and manage client expectations on delivery and variations.
• Manage consultants to prepare project documentation and ensure compliance with OHS, Quality and Environmental standards.
