Job summary

Jamin O’Donnell Concreting Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead our concreting projects across Hervey Bay, Maryborough and surrounds. The role involves overseeing concrete works from prep to finish, coordinating crews, plan-reading, and ensuring high workmanship.

We value hands-on leadership, reliability and a strong safety focus. The successful candidate will manage site activities, resource planning and on-site problem-solving while working with management and clients.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on concreting experience.
• Experience leading a concrete crew.
• Ability to read plans, set-outs and specs.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and leadership.
• WH&S understanding and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supervising concreters and labourers on site.
• Planning and coordinating daily site activities.
• Reading and interpreting plans, specifications and set-outs.
• Organising site preparation, boxing/formwork and reinforcement.
• Coordinating concrete pours and finishing operations.
• Allocating tasks and keeping crews productive; ensuring quality.
• Coordinating with management, customers, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Maintaining safe work practices and pre-starts.
