Job summary

Built Living is seeking a Concrete Technology & Production Improvement Lead to optimise concrete technology, manufacturing performance and product quality across precast operations. You will link concrete tech with manufacturing, QA and continuous improvement to drive efficiency and sustainability.

The role leads improvements across the full production value stream, from raw material through to finished-product release, with a focus on lower‑carbon solutions and architectural façade quality.

Qualifications

• Concrete technology knowledge and production operations understanding.
• Architectural precast quality, cure, strength and durability awareness.
• Lower‑carbon concrete and circular‑economy practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, trial and optimise concrete mix designs for precast products.
• Lead continuous improvement of architectural precast façade quality.
• Support lower‑carbon concrete initiatives and new material trials.
• Analyse batching, casting, curing, finishing and final inspection processes.

Strong knowledge of concrete tech

Concrete Technologist qualification or equivalent
