Qualifications

• Extensive experience in technical, product development or technical services within concrete, cement, aggregates or related industries.
• Proven ability to develop and commercialise technical products or solutions.
• Experience supporting customers, consultants and commercial teams.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, quality, product trials and bringing products to market.
• Familiarity with Australian Standards, specifications, quality systems and accreditation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior technical product expert for Adbri’s portfolio.
• Partner with customers, engineers and specifiers to solve complex challenges and identify growth opportunities.
• Translate market and customer feedback into product development priorities.
• Lead development, trials, and commercialisation of new and improved products, including lower-carbon solutions.
• Manage the innovation pipeline with governance and prioritisation.
• Provide technical support to commercial teams during major pursuits and presentations.
• Ensure compliance with Australian Standards and customer specifications.
• Represent Adbri at industry forums and technical committees.
