Job summary

DCOH is seeking a Darwin-based Delivery Lead for major residential subdivision projects. You will steer feasibility, approvals, planning and construction, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Property Development, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years delivering medium to large residential projects.
• Strong understanding of feasibilities, budgeting and cashflow forecasting.
• Experience with planning approvals, DAs and contract management.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen and risk management abilities.
• Proven ability to drive projects through development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead development projects from feasibility through to construction and final delivery.
• Prepare and monitor feasibilities, budgets, delivery programmes and cost controls.
• Identify and manage project risks with mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with legal and finance for contracts and commercial outcomes.
• Oversee Development Applications and regulatory approvals.
• Manage external consultants and key authorities.
• Drive design reviews to optimise cost and constructability.
• Build relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets, contractor claims, and delivery performance.
• Resolve issues to minimise delays and cost overruns.
• Prepare project status updates and risk assessments for senior management.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement value engineering.
