City of Moreton Bay is seeking a hands-on Crew Leader/General Labourer to support civil construction projects across multiple sites in the Narangba area. You will lead on-site activities, coordinate small crews and subcontractors, interpret plans, and ensure safety and quality standards on site.

Key requirements include a current MR Class licence, Construction Induction Card, DG licence or ability to obtain within 6 months, and Electrical Awareness certification or ability to obtain within 6

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Civil Construction or similar desirable.
• Current MR Class driver's licence.
• Construction Induction Card.
• High Risk Work DG licence or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Electrical Awareness certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsabilités

• Undertaking general labouring duties on civil construction projects.
• Taking the lead while working on site and coordinating daily activities.
• Directing internal and external work teams to support project delivery.
• Interpreting construction plans, drawings and specifications.
• Conducting survey set out and site measurements.
• Monitoring project progress and providing updates to the Construction Supervisor.
• Coordinating resources and supporting the efficient delivery of works.
• Applying safety, quality and environmental risk management principles to all activities.
