Job summary

Contemporary Catering is seeking an experienced kitchen leader to oversee production and delivery of high-quality meals for aged care facilities. You will lead a dedicated kitchen team, ensure smooth operations, and manage food safety, WHS, and quality compliance while controlling stock and food costs.

You will bring chef qualifications and experience in aged care, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement and strong presentation.

Qualifications

• Chef qualifications required.
• Experience in aged care facilities and understanding of modified textures and dietary needs.
• Knowledge of food cost management and cost control.
• Proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Production and delivery of high-quality meals.
