You will recruit, train and mentor staff, implement robust cost controls, and oversee events for large numbers while maintaining rigorous food safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Proven Head Chef/Sous Chef background in a busy hospitality setting.
• Strong grasp of back-of-house financials and cost control.
• Experience planning and executing large-scale events for multiple covers.
