The Opportunity
An experienced Lead UX Designer is required to join a major digital transformation program within a large NSW public-sector education organisation.
The program is delivering a bespoke, web-based student enrolment portal that provides a seamless experience for prospective students progressing from course discovery to enrolment. The program has been running for approximately four years and is approaching its final major release, followed by ongoing continuous improvement. The successful candidate will lead UX strategy and design, advocate for the user within a multidisciplinary product team, and help ensure the platform delivers a consistent, user-centred experience.
