AAR Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Lead UX Designer to join a major NSW public-sector education program. You will lead UX strategy, drive user research, and partner with developers, business analysts, testers and product teams to deliver a seamless student enrolment portal.

Lead the design of user journeys, wireframes and prototypes, advocate for user needs, and mentor a junior designer within an Agile delivery environment.

Qualifications

• Led UX design for complex digital products and portals.
• Experience driving user journeys from discovery to delivery.
• Proven ability to mentor junior designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead UX strategy and design across the student enrolment portal to align with design principles.
• Champion user-centred design and advocate for student needs throughout discovery, design and delivery.
• Develop user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and design mock-ups to communicate concepts and gather feedback.
• Conduct and support user research and usability testing and refine the experience.
• Collaborate in an Agile product team with developers, analysts, testers and product managers.
• Engage stakeholders to communicate design decisions and resolve competing requirements.
