Job summary

ASX is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for Workforce Planning to drive end‑to‑end business analysis for Workday Adaptive Planning within P&C. You will engage stakeholders, map processes, and translate requirements into epics, features and user stories while ensuring data and reporting integrity across systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years dedicated business analysis experience.
• Experience supporting Workday HCM and Position Management implementations.
• Experience across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis across Position Management, Workforce Planning and Financial Planning to support Workday Adaptive Planning for P&C.
• Perform deep-dive gap analyses of As-Is vs To-Be states with stakeholders.
• Elicit, validate and manage requirements as epics, features, user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Define and validate data, reporting, security and integration requirements across Workday HCM and related systems.
• Review test scenarios and lead user acceptance testing readiness.
• Coordinate with IT solution providers and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
• Support change management activities and develop training artefacts.
