Job summary

Michael Page in Melbourne seeks a Senior Business Analyst for a Workday implementation project. You will partner with project leadership to define scope, map HR processes, and translate requirements into Workday configuration and solution design.

You will lead BPMN process mapping, assess integrations, support testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare, and hand over knowledge to operational teams across a large-scale HRIS transformation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst.
• Hands-on Workday implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of Workday processes and functional capabilities.
• Experience with BPMN process modelling and process optimisation.
• Strong requirements elicitation, documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience assessing integrations, interfaces, data quality and data remediation requirements.
• Demonstrated experience supporting testing, deployment, go-live and hypercare activities.
