Qualifications

Eight or more years of dedicated business analysis experience.
Experience in front/middle/back office, risk management or product areas in financial markets.
Solid understanding of clearing and derivative products.
Strong knowledge of financial markets and related processes.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and support a team of Business Analysts across complex transformations.
Plan and allocate resources and forecast analysis requirements.
Oversee analysis, design and development of project deliverables with clear requirements and prioritisation.
Manage backlogs and collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document and trace requirements.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support change management activities.
