Jet Aviation Defence is seeking a Senior Training Manager to lead the Maintenance Training Organisation and shape defence aviation training at multiple Australian sites. You will ensure compliance with DASR/EASA/CASA, develop assessment strategies, and coach instructional staff across East Sale and Pearce.

The role emphasizes safety, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory excellence. You should have 5+ years in aviation training, a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, and strong knowledge of

Qualifications

• Must have aviation training and assessment experience.
• Strong knowledge of Part 145 and Part 147 requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead instructional staff across locations.

Responsibilities

• Own the MTO training framework and ensure DASR/EASA/CASA compliance.
• Oversee Training & Certification Plan and Part 145/147 packages.
• Develop training strategies and supporting courseware.
• Lead, mentor and coach staff across multiple sites.
• Identify gaps and implement practical solutions.
• Collaborate with Quality and Aviation Safety teams on shortfalls.
• Ensure safe, professional and consistent training delivery.
• Represent Jet Aviation with Defence, regulatory and industry stakeholders.
