Job summary
CAE is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance and supply support across CAE sites, ensuring timely, cost-effective, quality-maintained training devices. You will lead a team of Simulator Technicians on site, manage rosters, and drive development within CAE.
The role requires on-site work five days a week at Bankstown and eligibility for Australian Defence Security Clearance, with experience in aviation/defence preferred.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading a maintenance/tech team.
- Background in technician or maintenance roles.
- Experience in aviation or defence environments preferred.
- Must be eligible for Australian Defence Security Clearance and be an Australian citizen.
- Available to work on-site at Bankstown five days a week.
Responsibilities
- Drive and coordinate maintenance and support services to meet time, cost and quality constraints across all sites.
- Lead maintenance team on site; manage roster and professional development.
- Ensure training devices are maintained per regulatory requirements and certifications.
- Deliver inputs to budget and forecasting for maintenance operations.
- Promote CAE’s Quality, Environment, Health & Safety management systems.
