Job summary

Qualifications

• Operational leadership experience in arboriculture, tree maintenance or open space environments.
• Ability to plan works, allocate resources and achieve service delivery outcomes.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills with contractors and community.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated operational team within the Tree Canopy Management Unit.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations and plant/tree maintenance programs.
• Ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard across parks and public spaces.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement and work with stakeholders to meet Council objectives.
