Job summary
NSW Electoral Commission is seeking an experienced Lead for Application Services within the Business Systems unit in Sydney. You will lead a hands-on, multi-skilled team delivering application and platform support for diverse enterprise systems and driving service excellence under tight deadlines.
The role requires strong vendor management, stakeholder engagement and ITIL governance, with a focus on budget management and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in providing application and platform support across enterprise systems.
- Proven experience leading a team and managing performance and capability.
- Strong technical understanding across systems, software, platforms and technologies such as Microsoft .Net, SharePoint, JIRA, MS SQL Server.
- ITIL V3 or V4 certification or equivalent ITSM experience.
- Budget management and vendor management experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the application support team to meet tight deadlines.
- Oversee vendor management and service delivery with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive service excellence.
- Maintain ITIL governance and continuous improvement practices.
