Job summary

Xero is seeking a Senior Platform Product Manager to shape how an entire technology organization works in the AI era. You will build shared platforms, AI harnesses, gateways and agents to enable safe, efficient AI-native delivery at scale.

You will drive initiatives across the full delivery lifecycle, connect work across development phases, and coach teams to mature AI product practices, setting stretch goals aligned with the Go Bold value.

Qualifications

• Experience leading platform/product initiatives across developer tools, infra or data.
• Ability to translate complex AI capabilities into clear outcomes and investments.
• Strong discovery, delivery and measurement discipline with outcome focus.

Responsibilities

• Shape shared platforms and operating models for AI-native delivery across Xero.
• Drive initiatives spanning strategy, execution and organizational impact.
• Publish roadmaps, governance and adoption baselines for initiatives.
• Align stakeholders across products, teams and development phases.
