TRIUMPH is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer, Lead in Redmond, WA to mentor engineers and direct manufacturing projects. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, plan production layouts, and coordinate with vendors to implement innovative processes that improve flow and quality.

You will apply GD&T, SolidWorks, and PPAP methodologies while ensuring compliance with aerospace manufacturing standards and government regulations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field with required aerospace experience.
• Experience with hydraulic/electromechanical actuation systems desirable.
• Knowledge of GD&T and tolerance stack-ups required.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor Manufacturing Engineers and provide performance feedback.
• Assign team members to support operations and engineering needs.
• Oversee manufacturing processes and equipment vendor interactions.
• Facilitate R&D activity between Engineering and Manufacturing.
• Plan production, layouts and status reporting for projects.
• Provide technical leadership across a broad project range.
• Improve product flow and quality with operations teams.
• Ensure capacity planning and process standards are met.
• Design test methods and validate manufacturing processes.
