TRIGO ADR Americas is seeking a Quality Engineer to drive supplier quality initiatives, audits, and corrective actions. You will work under the Senior Director of Quality Operations and collaborate with design, manufacturing, and suppliers to ensure product conformity.

The role requires a degree or equivalent experience, US citizenship for sensitive contracts, and flexibility to shift as needed. Strong communication and PPAP experience are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of prior relevant experience OR, in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience
• U.S. citizen required
• Shift will vary, depending on program needs
• FAA, EAR, and ITAR standards and regulations
• Engineering processes, GD&T, and reading drawings

Aufgaben

• Execute and expand on supplier quality initiatives including compliance, audits, MRB, PPAP witnessing, and CAPA
• Develop and implement testing plans, inspection methods, and reliability analysis
• Identify root causes for nonconformities and propose corrective actions
• Utilize PPAP core tools (PFMEA, MSA, Process Flow, Control Plans) for risk assessment
• Review and manage process changes and work transfer documentation
• Develop and implement proactive quality initiatives and product quality improvements
• Lead design changes to address customer quality issues
• Oversee program and product quality engineering activities
• Develop new inspection technologies and methodologies
