Triumph is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to mentor teams, plan production layouts, and coordinate R&D activities between Engineering and Manufacturing.

You will oversee project production planning, ensure quality, and apply emerging technologies to improve product flow. The role requires collaboration with operators, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 5+ years of aerospace/automotive/manufacturing experience in hydraulic/electromechanical actuation systems.
• Knowledge of GD&T and tolerance stack-ups.
• Strong engineering leadership and supervision skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly, manage complexity, and present technical information.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluates and develops manufacturing processes; verifies buildability from Eng drawings.
• Designs and develops manufacturing tools to improve production.
• Create/Improve assembly test instructions with CAD (SolidWorks) images.
• Provide PPAP support/documentation and PFMEA monitoring.
• Guides planning methods for fabrication; ensures best manufacturing practices.
• Resolves technical issues by reusing existing designs or applying new tech.
• Leads and mentors staff; identifies and implements process improvements.
• Coordinates production flow from engineering to manufacturing of new parts.
