Limber is sourcing secondees for a Commonwealth Department to work in its in-house legal team in Canberra. The role focuses on providing high-level legal advice on statutory interpretation, administrative law, and related regulatory matters.
Successful candidates will hold a practising certificate (or be able to obtain one) and have baseline security clearance. Experience with Commonwealth administrative law, particularly around therapeutic goods, is highly regarded.
We currently have secondment opportunities within a high profile Commonwealth Department that is seeking lawyers with administrative law and statutory interpretation experience to work on a variety of legal projects.
The Responsibilities
The successful candidates will be required to work as a secondees within the Commonwealth clients' in-house legal team. High level stakeholder engagement skills are required as the successful candidate will be required to provide advice and assistance to a wide range of client areas.

A current practising certificate (or ability to obtain one) and a current (minimum) Baseline security clearance experience is essential.
Previous experience advising on Commonwealth administrative law including on the regulatory framework relating to therapeutic goods would be highly regarded.
