Qualifications

• Current practising certificate (or ability to obtain one)
• Baseline security clearance (minimum)
• Experience advising Commonwealth administrative law including regulatory framework relating to therapeutic goods would be highly regarded

Responsibilities

• Serve as a secondee within the Commonwealth client’s in-house legal team.
• Provide high-level stakeholder engagement and advice to a wide range of client areas.
• Offer legal guidance on statutory interpretation, administrative law applications, and regulatory matters relating to therapeutic goods
