Job summary

Thomas Martin Lawyers, a boutique strata specialist firm in Sydney, is growing and seeks a strata and property litigation lawyer with 2–4 years PQE to join our tight-knit team.

You will prepare detailed written advice on strata and property disputes, assist with litigation in NSW tribunals and courts, and work closely with senior staff.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years post-admission experience in litigation or dispute resolution
• Experience in strata and property disputes is highly desirable
• Strong drafting, analytical and research skills
• Excellent communication and plain-English expression
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Practical, client-focused problem solving

Responsibilities

The Role:

prepare detailed written advice on strata and property disputes and legal proceedings

Key Skills/Experience:

The successful applicant will possess the following:

Remuneration:

Remuneration will be commensurate with experience. We are also committed to reviewing remuneration, at least annually.
