Strata Title Lawyers, a leading strata and property law firm in Sydney CBD, invites a Litigation Lawyer to join our collaborative team. You will own a broad range of disputes and have meaningful client contact while supported by experienced practitioners.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years post-admission experience in litigation or dispute resolution.
• Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
• Practical and commercial approach to legal problem-solving.
• Commitment to providing outstanding client service.
• Collaborative and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Work across a broad range of litigation and dispute resolution matters.
• Handle strata and community title disputes.
• Manage NCAT proceedings.
• Handle building defects and construction disputes.
• Handle property and contractual disputes.
• Provide mediations, ADR and strategic advice.
