Job summary

Naiman Clarke in Australia is seeking a Litigation and Dispute Resolution Associate/Junior Senior Associate to work on high-profile matters within a Tier 1 team, with direct principal access and a collaborative, boutique environment.

You will act in complex superior court litigation across commercial, construction and energy and resources sectors, and you will be involved in arbitration and mediation, with exposure to judicial review proceedings and a strong focus on quality and client service.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years' PQE in litigation involving superior courts.
• Strong academic transcript and experience in a well-regarded firm or practice.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and work in a collaborative team.

About the role:

• Act in complex superior court litigation across commercial, construction and energy and resources sectors.
• Also be involved in alternative dispute resolution including arbitration and mediation
• Additional exposure to judicial review / administrative law proceedings

The ideal candidates:

• 3-6 years' PQE in litigation involving superior courts (commercial, construction or energy dispute experience desired)
• Strong academic transcript and experience in a well-regarded firm or practice
• Excellent technical skills in drafting and negotiation with exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on quality.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and work in a collaborative team.
