Qualifications

• Admitted as a Solicitor in New South Wales with a current practising certificate.
• Minimum 2 years of post-admission experience in Conveyancing/Property Law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

Do you want the autonomy to run your own files with supervision and guidance from experienced lawyers? We are seeking a Solicitor to join our dynamic team at T&T Lawyers.

You will have a steady flow of conveyancing and property matters. You may also be required to assist in other matters. There will be opportunities to learn and develop within all our practice areas, depending on our caseloads and your interests.

As a Solicitor, you will play a key role in providing high-quality legal services to our diverse client base. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment.

We are a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Sydney. We provide a range of legal services to clients worldwide. Our main areas of practice include conveyancing, immigration law, commercial law, wills and estates and family law. We are an experienced team. Our lawyers are passionate about their work, and as a firm we take pride in delivering quality legal services to our clients. We have an interesting and broad range of work – we may be in court fighting to keep a client in Australia or we may be negotiating a multi-million-dollar contract on behalf of a commercial client.

Our team

Our Principal Lawyer has extensive experience and manages our general practice. We also have an Accredited Specialist in Immigration Law, who manages our immigration division.

You will be able to manage your own caseload, working closely with our Principal Lawyer, who will provide mentorship and supervision as required. There will be opportunities for professional development and career progression within a supportive, nurturing and collaborative environment.
