Responsibilities

• leading curriculum and program development for the Languages Learning Area, aligning with the VCAA Curriculum and Padua’s framework
• overseeing course provision to ensure exemplary pedagogy and engagement across language studies
• providing a formative environment to improve teacher performance within the Learning Area
• administering the Learning Area effectively and performing related duties as required by leadership
• supporting staff development and collaboration with senior educators to strengthen student outcomes
