Job summary

Reporting to the Vice Principal – Learning and Teaching, the successful candidate will lead curriculum design, instructional planning, and align courses with Padua College’s Learning and Teaching Framework.

Qualifications

• Leadership level 2 role for 3-year tenure with ongoing teaching appointment.
• Experience aligning curriculum with learning frameworks and instructional models.
• Ability to lead curriculum development and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum and program development and drive innovation in learning design.
• Oversee course provision to ensure pedagogy is rigorous and relevant.
• Provide a formative environment to improve teacher performance within the learning area.
• Administer the Learning Area effectively and perform duties requested by leadership.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure high-quality teaching across all studies in the learning area.
