Job summary

Oxley Hill Farm Flowers, a small boutique flower farm in the Southern Highlands, is seeking a permanent, full-time team member to help on the farm. The role includes spraying, weeding, planting, harvesting and general maintenance of crops.

Qualifications include a full driver’s licence, flower knowledge or horticulture experience, and AQF3 Chemical Accreditation in spraying. The team looks forward to growing and hosting workshops and events on the farm in the future.

Join our team on our gorgeous flower farm. We are a small boutique flower farm in the beautiful Southern Highlands. We are looking for a permanent, long term, full time, dedicated and enthusiastic person to join our team. This job includes helping our team on the farm. The tasks include spraying, weeding, planting, harvesting, general maintenance with our crops.

Qualifications include full drivers licence. Flower knowledge/ horticulture experience and AQF3 Chemical Accreditation in spraying.
