Team Leader — Full-Time, $35–$38/h + overtime + super + company car

The Opportunity

We're expanding to keep up with demand and have two positions to fill. We're looking for people who take pride in what they do and want to be part of a team that holds itself to a high standard.

You'll lead a small crew across garden maintenance and horticulture work, ensuring jobs are completed to a consistently high standard. This role suits someone with solid hands-on experience who is ready to step up, take ownership, and set the tone for quality on every job.

What you’ll need:

• Leadership ability — you lead by example and bring others up with you
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage a small team with respect and professionalism
• A commitment to quality that you hold yourself and others to
• Valid driver's licence (essential) — a company car is provided for this role

You'll work alongside our team on garden maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, hedging, mulching, weeding and general garden care across beautiful properties in the Blue Mountains and surrounds.

• Physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in all weather
