Job summary

Bondi Landscapes, based in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, is hiring a Foreman to lead our construction team on high-end residential landscape projects. You will oversee day-to-day site works, coordinate staff and materials, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

The role requires a Certificate III in Landscape Construction or equivalent, 2+ years as a Leading Hand, and strong planning and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Landscape Construction or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years' experience as a Leading Hand on residential landscaping projects.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality finishes.
• Good knowledge and practical skills in masonry, carpentry and paving.
• Sound softscape knowledge, including planting, soil preparation and plant care.
• Ability to read and interpret landscape and construction plans.
• Good understanding of workplace safety and site compliance.
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.
• Relevant machinery experience and tickets.
• White Card
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience supervising or assisting in the management of a small team.

Job description

As Foreman, you will work closely with our Project Manager / Head Foreman to help lead and coordinate our construction team across high-end residential landscape projects. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site works, coordinating staff and materials, maintaining quality and safety standards, and helping ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to the standard Bondi Landscapes is known for.
