Sharp Landscaping, a landscape construction company in Sydney's Sutherland Shire, seeks a Landscape Construction Team Leader. You will lead diverse residential projects—from decks to stone walls—while the team delivers high-quality outcomes and safe, timely results.

We offer a competitive remuneration package of AUD 90k–100k plus super. The role requires a qualified landscaper with 5+ years’ experience, strong leadership, and Australian residency.

Qualifications

• Qualified landscaper with at least 5 years of trades experience.
• Team leader with excellent communication skills and eye for detail.
• Ability to lead projects independently within a team.
• Driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites in the Shire and Sydney.
• Australian residency is required.

Responsibilities

Your role comes with a strong remuneration package of between $90-100k + Super.

Here’s what we need from you:

• A qualified landscaper with at least 5 years of experience as a tradesman.
• Team leader with excellent communication skills, an eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality projects.
• Ability to work effectively within an established team and confidently lead projects independently.
• Solid skills in hardscaping & softscaping – decking, stonework, tiling, retaining walls, concreting, turf, irrigation… you name it!
• A driver’s license and the ability to get to job sites around the Shire and other areas of Sydney.
• A hard worker with agreat attitudewho takespride in their craft.
• Having the right stuff is a top priority for us.
• Applicants for this position MUST have Australian residency.
