Job summary

Laser Landscapes & Excavation in Lawson NSW is seeking an experienced Landscape Leading Hand to manage on-site works across structural landscaping and concreting projects. You will lead a small crew, liaise with clients and builders, and ensure quality standards and timelines are met.

The role requires a Certificate III in Landscape Construction or equivalent, hands-on leadership, and the ability to read plans. White Card and a valid HR license or machinery tickets are a bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams on-site.
• Strong knowledge of structural landscaping methods and materials.
• White Card.
• Driver's Licence (HR licence or machinery tickets a bonus).
• Reliable, motivated and able to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities
