Job summary

GreenSideUp Landscapes in Brisbane is expanding and seeks a skilled Landscape Construction Foreman to lead high-end residential projects across Brisbane and the Moreton Bay region. This hands-on leadership role requires a proven track record in landscape construction and strong team management.

Ideal candidates will read plans, manage set-outs, and ensure quality on schedule. The role offers autonomy within a professional business, with support from project management and office teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Foreman or Senior Supervisor.
• Trade qualification in landscaping or construction.
• Experience in large-scale or high-end residential projects.
• Strong background in landscape works including hardscape and structural works as well as softscapes.
• Proven leadership and crew management skills.
• Ability to run projects independently.
• High attention to detail and quality.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of WHS obligations.
• Ability to read plans and manage set-out confidently.
• White Card.
• Current driver’s licence.
• Australian work rights are required.
