Gippsland Water is seeking a Land Development Officer to act as the primary contact for external stakeholders on property-related queries, splitting duties between our Connections and Information Statements teams.

You will review charges for sewer connections, tap water mains, fire services, backflow prevention and metering to ensure sustainability and asset protection, while preparing property information statements and maintaining accurate records.

Aufgaben

• Review, calculate, and apply charges related to sewer connections, water main tapping, fire services, backflow prevention and metering.
• Prepare and process property information statements and land ownership transactions.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems to enhance efficiency, customer experience and operational effectiveness within Property Services.
• Provide clear, balanced recommendations to ensure compliance and standards are met.
