Job summary

Panelfab is seeking a Labourer - Temporary Fence Installer in Hervey Bay to handle delivery, installation and pickup of temporary fences. You will drive, load and unload vehicles while engaging customers and ensuring fencing is installed in the correct location.

This hands-on role requires someone who is physically fit, reliable and capable of working outdoors within a supportive team. Training will be provided and a positive attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• MR Driver's Licence advantageous but not essential.
• Forklift ticket advantageous but not essential.
• White Card advantageous but not essential.
• Good communication skills with a customer service focus.
• Good work ethic and strong reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.
• All training will be provided - we are looking for the right attitude and commitment.

About the Role

This is a hands-on position responsible for:

• Delivery, installation and pick up of temporary fences
• Driving, loading and unloading of vehicles and trailers
• Speaking to customers and installing fencing in correct location
• Providing professional and friendly service to our customers
• Ensuring vehicles and equipment are maintained to a high standard

This role requires someone who is physically fit, reliable, and ready to work as part of a supportive and hardworking team.
