Chandler Macleod Group is seeking Labourers for a large-scale solar farm project in the Hunter Valley region of NSW. You will assist with installation, material handling, and general construction tasks on a growing renewable energy site.

Applicants should have a strong safety focus, be physically fit for outdoor work, and hold a valid White Card. The role offers an hourly rate of $37-$38 plus superannuation, with overtime and a Monday–Friday roster.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with installation of solar farm tracking systems.
• Mount and install PV solar panels.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Load, unload, and distribute materials on site.
• Support trades and installation crews with tasks.
• Assist with assembly and installation works as directed.
• Maintain housekeeping and keep work areas clean.
• Perform repetitive manual handling.
• Follow site procedures, SWMS, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with the installation of solar farm mechanical tracking systems
• Mounting and installing photovoltaic (PV) solar panels
• Operating hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Loading, unloading, moving and distributing materials across site
• Supporting trades and installation crews with general construction activities
• Assisting with assembly and installation works as directed
• Maintaining housekeeping standards and keeping work areas clean and organised
• Performing repetitive manual handling and physically demanding tasks
• Following site procedures, Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), and company safety requirements

About You

• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• Reliability, punctuality and a positive work ethic
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A willingness to undertake physically demanding work in outdoor conditions
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow directions
• A proactive and safety-focused approach to work

Essential Requirements

• Valid White Card (Construction Induction Card)
• Pre employment Mobility Assessment will be included within the recruitment process
• Ability to pass Drug and Alcohol Screening
• Full Australian working rights

Highly Regarded

• Current Driver's Licence
• Previous labouring, construction, civil, infrastructure, or renewable energy experience
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Previous experience working on large-scale project sites
