Job summary

Chandler Macleod Group is seeking Labourers for a large-scale solar farm project in the Hunter Valley region of NSW. You will assist with installation, material handling, and general construction tasks on a growing renewable energy site.

Applicants should have a strong safety focus, be physically fit for outdoor work, and hold a valid White Card. The role offers an hourly rate of $37-$38 plus superannuation, with overtime and a Monday–Friday roster.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of solar farm tracking systems.
• Mount and install PV solar panels.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Load, unload, and distribute materials on site.
• Support trades and installation crews with tasks.
• Assist with assembly and installation works as directed.
• Maintain housekeeping and keep work areas clean.
• Perform repetitive manual handling.
• Follow site procedures, SWMS, and safety requirements.
