Job summary

Chandler Macleod is seeking Labourers for a large-scale solar farm project in the Hunter Valley region. This role offers hands-on experience in renewable energy construction, with a Monday–Friday roster and competitive hourly pay plus super.

Join an experienced construction team and gain exposure to major infrastructure work, with potential for ongoing opportunities within the renewable sector. Strong safety focus and ability to work outdoors are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid White Card (Construction Induction Card).
• Full Australian working rights.
• Ability to pass Drug and Alcohol Screening.
• Pre-employment Mobility Assessment included in recruitment.
• Experience with hand and power tools is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of solar farm mechanical tracking systems.
• Mount and install PV solar panels on site.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Load, unload, move and distribute materials across site.
• Support trades and installation crews with general construction tasks.
• Assist with assembly and installation works as directed.
• Maintain housekeeping and keep work areas clean and organised.
• Perform repetitive manual handling and physically demanding tasks.
• Follow site procedures, SWMS and company safety requirements.
