Job summary

Chandler Macleod is seeking a proactive Onsite Account Manager to support a major construction project in the Hunter Valley region of New South Wales. You will serve as the primary onsite link between our client and the workforce, ensuring mobilisation, compliance, safety and day-to-day operations.

This role suits someone who excels in fast-paced environments and values building strong client and worker relationships, with responsibilities including rostering, induction, reporting and site

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce management, recruitment, site administration or similar operational role.
• Exposure to construction, mining, infrastructure or renewable energy projects preferred.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
• Excellent organisational and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities.
• Sound understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and site leadership teams.
• Coordinate workforce mobilisation, onboarding and ongoing employee support.
• Manage workforce rosters, attendance, accommodation and daily site requirements.
• Monitor staffing levels and respond quickly to workforce challenges.
• Ensure compliance with site policies, safety procedures and legislative requirements.
• Provide regular reporting on workforce performance, attendance and key metrics.
• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and pre-start meetings where required.
• Support injury management, return to work programs and incident investigations.
• Work collaboratively with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure workforce demands are met.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Experience in either workforce management, recruitment, site administration or a similar operational role
• Previous exposure to construction, mining, infrastructure or renewable energy projects is preferred but not essential
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
• Excellent organisational and problem solving abilities
• The ability to work independently while managing competing priorities
• A sound understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• A current Australian Driver's Licence
