JK Personnel's client in Ballarat seeks a hands-on production assistant for precast concrete operations. You will assemble molds, finish surfaces, and perform quality checks in a medium-sized team, using hand and power tools on a day-to-day basis.

The role is predominantly outdoors, requiring physical fitness and a proactive attitude. Welding experience is advantageous but not required. Successful candidates will undergo a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test.

The Organisation

JK's client, based in Ballarat, offers a wide range of precast concrete products for the civil construction industry. Their diverse product line includes structural precast bridge parapets, safety barriers, sound walls, and abutments for freeways and bridges.

The Role

Assist in the day-to-day operations within a production environment. You will be working within a medium-sized team, you will be responsible for assembly of molds, finishing of surfaces, quality control, and the use of hand and power tools.

This role requires you to be:

• Prior welding experience advantageous, however not required
