Job summary

Hy-Tec, a leading supplier of premixed concrete and aggregates, is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join its Chipping Norton laboratory on a permanent full-time basis. You will work on soils, aggregates, concrete and related construction materials, gaining exposure to compliance testing and analysis.

Qualifications

• Entry level candidates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
• Experience in construction materials testing is preferred but not essential.
• Commitment to safety, quality and the environment.

Responsibilities

• Laboratory testing of concrete, aggregates and related materials.
• Assist in trial mixing and sample preparation.
• Equipment calibration and basic maintenance.
• Report accurate results.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental requirements.
• Assist NSW technical team with ISO/IEC 17025 NATA accreditation.
