Harvey Robinson Pty Ltd is partnering with a top Australian Microsoft Partner to recruit an L3 Projects Engineer for Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and Azure projects across enterprise clients.

You'll deliver multiple projects in a hybrid, 4 days WFH setup, with flexible Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane locations. You’ll act as senior escalation and drive design, migrations and implementation across on-prem and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Recent MSP experience – ESSENTIAL
• Australian Citizen or PR – ESSENTIAL
• L3 experience – ESSENTIAL
• Project delivery experience – ESSENTIAL
• Hands‑on Microsoft 365 implementation and migration experience
• Strong Intune, Entra ID and Active Directory knowledge
• On‑prem and cloud infrastructure experience
• Solid networking fundamentals
• Strong communication and customer‑facing skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Responsibilities

• Deliver multiple projects across enterprise environments
• Lead migrations for Microsoft 365, Exchange Online and SharePoint
• Manage Intune endpoint management
• Oversee AD → Entra ID migrations and security implementations
• Design, implement and document infrastructure projects
• Support Azure and hybrid infrastructure initiatives
• Escalate and resolve technical issues as L3
• Coordinate with customers and technical teams

This is a genuine L3 Projects role — delivering Microsoft, cloud and infrastructure projects for enterprise customers rather than being stuck in BAU support. You’ll work across Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Azure and on-prem infrastructure, while acting as a senior technical escalation point.

The Role

You’ll deliver multiple projects across enterprise customer environments, working closely with customers and technical teams.

• Microsoft 365 migrations and tenant improvements
• Intune and endpoint management
• Exchange Online migrations
• Active Directory → Entra ID migrations
• SharePoint and file server migrations
• Azure and hybrid infrastructure
• Windows Server and Domain Controller upgrades
• Microsoft security and Defender solutions
• Network, firewall and infrastructure projects
• L3 technical escalations
• Technical design, implementation and documentation

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for an experienced MSP L3 Engineer who enjoys project delivery and wants to work across a broad Microsoft environment.

• Recent MSP experience – ESSENTIAL

Azure experience is highly regarded, but this is not an Azure‑only role.
