Job summary

TechConnect IT Solutions on the Gold Coast is seeking an IT Service Desk Engineer to provide remote support for End User Computing, Business Applications and Cloud services. The role offers a hybrid work pattern with occasional in-person collaboration on the Gold Coast and broader regional coverage across Australia.

You will join a high-performing service desk team focused on delivering exceptional customer service while troubleshooting a wide range of IT issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Service Desk, IT Support or End User Computing role.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 technologies (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across End User Computing, Business Applications and Cloud Infrastructure services.
• Log, categorise, prioritise and manage incidents and requests through the ITSM platform.
• Escalate complex or out-of-scope issues to specialist teams when required.
• Maintain ownership of tickets through to resolution and keep users informed throughout the process.
