Job summary

Nuix is seeking a creative and detail-oriented eLearning Designer to join our training team in Sydney. This role goes beyond content production, shaping the end-to-end eLearning experience for customers, partners, and new employees to ramp up quickly and confidently.

You will design courses, administer the LMS, and collaborate with subject matter experts to scale learning for a global audience across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in instructional design or eLearning development.
• Proven ability to design pedagogically sound learning experiences and execute end-to-end with autonomy.
• Hands-on expertise with eLearning authoring and media tools — Articulate, Vyond, Vimeo, TechSmith, and Office 365.
• Experience administering a Learning Management System, including user, course, and certification management.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with strong written communication for learner-facing content.
• Comfortable managing competing priorities, projects, and stakeholder expectations across multiple time zones.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to operate independently while building strong cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and distribute end-to-end eLearning solutions using Office 365, Vyond, Vimeo, Articulate, and TechSmith.
• Apply instructional design theories and methods such as ADDIE to ensure pedagogically sound materials.
• Administer the Learning Management System end-to-end — creating, adding, and deleting users, building courses and certifications, managing remote training.
• Partner with content development team and global stakeholders to deliver new eLearning courses and ensure seamless experience.
• Track and report on eLearning offerings and meet deadlines and schedules.
