TeamKids, Australia's leading provider of before and after-school care programs, is seeking a Learning and Development Manager to lead the design, delivery and evaluation of training across the organisation. You will partner with leadership and teams to strengthen workforce capability and embed a culture of continuous improvement.

The role requires expertise in adult learning, instructional design, and eLearning tools (Articulate Rise).

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Learning and Development role within education or childcare.
• Experience in OSHC or similar environment is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging programs to internal stakeholders.
• Conduct regular training needs analyses to identify skill gaps.
• Ensure training compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Maintain records and report on training activity.
• Develop and maintain understanding of L&D and OSHC sectors.
